What the host makes
The host share is a percent of your net profit each year, after all costs and loan payments. In a year with no profit the host gets rent only. Change the percent under Yearly costs and other income.
Cumulative cash position
Year by year
Net profit is after utility cost, network fees, upkeep, rent, loan payments and the host share. Payback counts the cash you put in up front (after any state incentive) against yearly net profit. Prices and costs are estimates; confirm real rates, demand charges and incentives for each site.
